You retain all rights to your custom sounds and journal entries. We have zero visibility or claim over your files; they live exclusively in your Google Drive.
The app is free to download and use. Advertisements fund ongoing development. No subscriptions or in‑app purchases.
Restful Sounds is provided “as‑is.” Donkey Code Syndicate LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
